Specializing in food production, Garde Manger, bakery, and confectionery, he has held key leadership roles across prestigious hotels, royal kitchens, cruise lines, and fine dining establishments around the world. He is highly skilled in practical culinary training, menu development, organizing culinary competitions, and maintaining strict hygiene standards. Chef Joshy’s extensive academic background includes a Diploma and B.Sc. in Hotel Management, an MBA in Hotel Management & Tourism, a PG Diploma in Communicative English, and certifications in Psychology and HACCP standards. Passionate about culinary education, Chef Joshy is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of chefs and hospitality professionals through expert mentorship and hands-on training.

Mr. Gopalakrishnan is an accomplished educator with over 30 years of experience in teaching Commerce and Management subjects at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has served in leading institutions across India and abroad, including an international teaching assignment in the Republic of Maldives under the Cambridge curriculum. He has also contributed to educational broadcasting through IGNOU FM. He has been associated with reputed universities such as Bharathiar University, MG University, and Annamalai University, and has served as a visiting faculty at professional institutes like the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and St. Albert’s College, Ernakulam. His areas of expertise include Business Studies, Accountancy, Economics, Marketing, and Auditing. A CBSE-certified examiner and trained counselor, Mr. Gopalakrishnan is also a published author with several books to his credit.

Jishu John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from Mangalore University and a Master’s in Tourism Management from Madura Kamaraj University. With over 20 years of experience in both academia and the hospitality industry, he offers in-depth expertise in Food & Beverage Service. He has held key roles such as Dean, Senior Lecturer, Assistant Manager, and Head of Department. His teaching spans F&B Service, Food Production, Hospitality, and Tourism, complemented by skills in etiquette training and customer service. Jishu’s approach combines theory with hands-on knowledge to equip students for success in the hospitality sector.

Ms. Geethu Venukumar holds an MBA in Airline and Airport Management and brings over 7 years of experience in the aviation industry, including academic teaching and training. She is certified in IATA Travel and Tourism, Dangerous Goods Regulations, Load and Trim, CRS, and holds a Diploma in Airport Management. Her experience includes key operational roles at SpiceJet and Bird Worldwide Flight Services, as well as academic positions such as lecturer at AHR Aviation Academy. She is known for her strong communication skills, practical approach to teaching, and commitment to student success.
